Student Achievements
SATS are standard national tests taken by all pupils at the end of Key Stage 2 - Year 6, which is the last year in primary school. The children are given timed tests iin exam conditions in Maths, English and Science.
At Thurgoland School we always maintain a balanced curriculum and value attainment in all areas. We endeavour to provide every opportunity for children to do their very best, valuing personal achievement at all levels.
Variations in results from one year to the next reflect the profile of the year group, but always represent high levels of individual effort.
These tables show the most recent statutory assessment results of year 6 children at each level in 2006.
